How to cancel subscriptions on Vodacom
To cancel subscriptions on Vodacom, dial *135*997# and choose to stop one service or all of them, or SMS STOP ALL to 31050. These are content services, also called WASP services: games, quizzes, caller tunes and alerts that are charged to your airtime or bill.

Dial *135*997# and choose Unsubscribe All or a single service, or SMS STOP ALL to 31050. Vodacom sends an SMS to confirm. To see what you’re subscribed to first, SMS STATUS to 31050.

Cancel with a USSD code
- Dial *135*997# from the Vodacom number that is being charged.
- Choose to see your content services, or to stop them.
- Stop a single service, or choose Unsubscribe All.
- Wait for Vodacom’s confirmation SMS.
Cancel by SMS
- To see what you’re subscribed to, SMS STATUS to 31050.
- To stop everything, SMS STOP ALL to 31050.
- Wait for the confirmation SMS.
Cancel and block new ones in the VodaPay app
- Open the VodaPay app and log in.
- Tap My account, then Manage services in the Manage section.
- Tap Content services to see your WASP, V-Live and add to bill services.
- Deactivate one service or all of them.
- Turn on the option to block all future content services.
Charges you never asked for
Vodacom says subscriptions or add-ons you didn’t request may be WASP or VAS services, and that you can ask for a review, dispute the charges or cancel them. Stop the service first, then raise the charges with customer care on 082 135.
This isn’t the same as cancelling your contract
