Gets it done

In testing

Chase orders and deliveries without picking up the phone

To chase orders and deliveries takes hours you don’t have, and half of it’s being on hold. Speaks rings suppliers and couriers about what’s late, writes down what they promise, and rings again if the date slips.

Coming soon. This is what Speaks is being built to do, and not all of it works yet.

You say

“Chase every order due this week. Tell me what’s going to be late.”

It does

It rings with the order number, asks for a firm date, gets a name and notes the promise. It also chases refunds and credit notes.

You get

A list of what’s on track and what isn’t, with who said what and when.

What it handles

  • Orders and deliveries due
  • Refunds and credit notes owed to you
  • Names, dates and reference numbers
  • Calling again when a date passes

Where it stops

It can’t change or cancel an order unless you’ve told it to, and it won’t agree to new prices on your behalf.

Questions

Will they talk to an AI?

Often, yes, because it knows the order number and keeps it short. Real results will come out of early access.

Can it get through phone menus?

Yes, it’s built to press keys and wait on hold. That part is still being improved.

Can it chase by email too?

That’s planned, so written proof sits next to the call.
