Speaks pricing: how it will work
Speaks pricing isn’t set yet, because we want it right before you’re asked to pay anything. Here’s how it’s going to work, and early access customers will have their say first.
A monthly plan for your line
Answering your calls and following up with your customers will be a monthly plan in rand, with calls included. You’ll be able to see what you’ve used at any time.
Per finished job for the rest
When Speaks gets quotes, chases orders or waits on hold, you’ll pay for the finished job, not for the minutes it took. That means you don’t pay for hold music.
Individuals pay as they go
If you’re using it for yourself, you’ll pay per job, with no monthly plan.
Bigger teams
Larger companies will be able to pay per resolved call.
Every call in rand
Whatever the plan, every call shows what it cost, so you can see what you’re paying against the work it brings in.
Questions
Does early access cost anything?
No. Requesting it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Do unanswered calls count?
We don’t plan to charge an unanswered call as a finished job. Details come with the prices.
