How to cancel MTN subscriptions
To cancel MTN subscriptions, dial *155# from your MTN phone to see your content services and cancel the ones you don’t want. You can also do it on WhatsApp, through MTN Chat on 083 123 0011, where you can block them as well.

Dial *155# to view and cancel your subscriptions. Or open MTN Chat on WhatsApp (083 123 0011), choose Manage subscriptions, or type “Block subscriptions”.

Cancel with *155#
- Dial *155# from the MTN number that is being charged.
- Look through the list of content services you’re subscribed to.
- Choose the ones you don’t want and cancel them.
Cancel or block on WhatsApp
- Open WhatsApp and message MTN Chat on 083 123 0011. There’s nothing to sign up for.
- From the main menu, choose Manage subscriptions.
- View your content services, then block charges from the ones you don’t want.
- Or type a shortcut: “See subscriptions”, “Block subscriptions” or “Unblock subscriptions”.
If your airtime keeps disappearing
MTN answers “Why does my airtime disappear without me using it?” among its help on content services, so check *155# first. If charges carry on after you’ve cancelled, call MTN customer care on 135 from your MTN phone, or 083 135 from another phone, and ask for the charges to be reviewed.
This isn’t the same as cancelling your contract
